Our services are covered in the following three approaches
- Onsite Support Contract
The annual support contract is a yearly, on-site support contract; however, we are also capable of producing monthly contracts, based on your needs. We will design, build, and manage your IT department to best meet your needs and objectives.
Charges are based on the number of CPUs the agreement covers.
- On-Demand Service
The contract does not require on-site presence. Services are requested from the company, and Katmai’s response time typically ranges from one to four hours, depending on the circumstance.
Katmai’s on-demand service plan provides clients a flexible, cost-efficient choice of the support level to match their IT needs. This plan is the most cost effective approach to meet an immediate business need or important project that your IT staff may not have the time to deal with.
- Project Management
The Katmai Project Management Team consists of a group of experienced project managers, whose primary function is to plan, coordinate, and guide customer projects. The project team manages the coordination of the all parties involved in the project. Our technical team normally carries out the implementation phase also.
