- To handle any information about the candidate with care and discretion and to respect the confidentiality of any information provided by the candidate.
- To immediately declare any conflict of interest with clients or candidates before engaging in any assignment.
- Not to share any candidate information with a client without the prior consent of that candidate.
- Not to knowingly withhold information about the client or the candidate if it may influence either party's decision regarding the appointment.
- Once placed in a new job, we vow not to approach any candidate encouraging them to leave their current employer if a recruitment fee has been received for the introduction.

- Personal Visit:We are always happy to visit your company site, which will enable us to gain a better understanding of what you are all about. This will help us to understand your business environment and find the suitable offering.

- Skills Testing:We aim to qualify the skills and experience of our candidates as fully as we are able. This means using appropriate skill tests for particular assignments. We can undertake on your behalf the required tests during the candidate interview.
- Candidate Evaluation:When a new temporary worker commences an assignment, four hours into the project a progress check is made by telephone to the manager.
After one month or the end of an assignment (which ever is the soonest) a quality assurance form is issued directly to the manager requesting information about the temporary worker's performance.
- Service Evaluation::On a quarterly basis a service evaluation form is issued to the main contact. This is an evaluation of the service, response and quality received and is used to constantly tailor and improve your service.
- Better hiring process : Better screening, recruiting and placement of technical professionals.
- Strong ongoing relationships with our clients, as well as our technical professionals.
- Better post-placement follow up and support. This allows for on-the-job feedback and adjustments.
